One-on-One classes can be both Mat and Equipment based. These are designed specifically to suit individual's requirement. Client receive feedback, correction and exercises are executed to enhance one's learning, performance and it also address any specific issues or injuries.

Note :- If you have any injury or pain, we highly recommend a One-on-One class so that proper guidance and advice can be offered to progress the best way forward.

One-on-One class can be scheduled on any day between Monday to Saturday as per mutually agreed time.

The fees for either of the sessions will be forwarded to you on request.
