Private Sessions are designed to meet your personal needs and goals, from building muscle strength, improving posture, flexibility, and reducing muscle tension to simply staying active. As pilates is a very precise discipline, one-on-one pilates sessions bring a number of benefits, the trainer is more engaged with the client's specific area of improvement.

Note :- If you have any injury or pain, we highly recommend a One-on-One pilate class so that proper guidance and advice can be offered to progress the best way forward.

One-on-One private pilate class can be scheduled on any day between Monday to Saturday as per mutually agreed time.

The fees for either of the sessions will be forwarded to you on request.
